Early last month I purchased NC using Paypal. But the broken "return to merchant" button caused the website to glitch, and I never got my 500NC. I put in a ticket, and still have yet to receive a response. This is real money we're talking about. I've tried updating the ticket, Tweeting at them, messaging and posting and commenting on their Facebook page, etc. I haven't gotten a response, so I'm still out my $5 I spent.
Well. Today I traded 3 GBCs and a FQFC for a Kanriks Collectors Cloak and Cape. I had it sent to my side where I was going to put it on my Darigan Peophin. I got the gift box, opened it. Saw it in my inventory. Put it in my closet. Went to my closet.... it's not there. It's not in my SDB. It's not in my shop, my gallery, etc. It's not in my inventory still. I didn't own any GBCs on my side so I couldn't have sent it somewhere else. I clearly have the NM here that confirms I got a gift box with an item in it. But the item has just vanished since I added it to my closet.
So I submitted another ticket. But I'm so sad. Because at this rate, how am I ever supposed to know if or when my tickets will ever be answered? These are real money issues, and real money item issues. But TNT doesn't seem to give a shit about the people literally spending money on their site. And won't fix what's broken.
Why do I even give them money anymore? Learned my lesson the hard way I guess :(
