TNT I'm so tired :(

Early last month I purchased NC using Paypal. But the broken "return to merchant" button caused the website to glitch, and I never got my 500NC. I put in a ticket, and still have yet to receive a response. This is real money we're talking about. I've tried updating the ticket, Tweeting at them, messaging and posting and commenting on their Facebook page, etc. I haven't gotten a response, so I'm still out my $5 I spent.

Well. Today I traded 3 GBCs and a FQFC for a Kanriks Collectors Cloak and Cape. I had it sent to my side where I was going to put it on my Darigan Peophin. I got the gift box, opened it. Saw it in my inventory. Put it in my closet. Went to my closet.... it's not there. It's not in my SDB. It's not in my shop, my gallery, etc. It's not in my inventory still. I didn't own any GBCs on my side so I couldn't have sent it somewhere else. I clearly have the NM here that confirms I got a gift box with an item in it. But the item has just vanished since I added it to my closet.

So I submitted another ticket. But I'm so sad. Because at this rate, how am I ever supposed to know if or when my tickets will ever be answered? These are real money issues, and real money item issues. But TNT doesn't seem to give a shit about the people literally spending money on their site. And won't fix what's broken.

Why do I even give them money anymore? Learned my lesson the hard way I guess :(

I bought nc in June 2017, never received it, submitted a ticket, have yet to receive a response. Posted on many “please read my ticket” neoboards to no avail. Fuck TNT.

Same here but mine was in September. I've also posted on the help board numerous times. Not a good idea to be fucking around with people's money.

The worst part about all of this is I put in a bug report AFTER I put in the ticket for my missing NC. They answered that one, just a bug I had with War Booty (that did not cause me to lose any money), but won't answer my missing money inquiry despite me providing literally everything they could need, from timestamps to the Paypal transaction ID.

try posting your ticket number in the help board, waiting thread.

my ticket got answered quite quickly after I posted a few times (in diff days) there.

I've done that :( I posted my NC going missing several times in addition to contacting them on every social media I could.

dam, it's the only way i guess :(

i try not to buy NC from them directly, or I'll just use paypal just in case anything happens. I try to get the gift cards, it's safer and I haven't had any issues with it so far ;A;

i wish you get your nc back asap :(

I did use Paypal thinking that would be safer :( I could file a chargeback if I wanted but most games I know automatically freeze accounts when a chargeback is filed and I refuse to have my account frozen because TNT is a piece of shit. Now I know to only use the like, $15 digital NC cards from Walmart's website, but I wish I'd known that sooner.

i seriously dislike the way TNT handles things but I'm guessing they are really swamp with tickets which haven't been answered for years :( so it'll take some time.

So this may be a stupid comment but... like you, I also have been purchasing NC with PayPal. The return to merchant button never works for me. And I never see the nc in my account... until I go to the NC Mall and click on my nc balance. Then magically it’s all there. It doesn’t work if I click on my nc balance anywhere else, it has to be inside the mall. It gave me a heart attack the first time the PayPal button glitched and I didn’t see the balance refresh.

Have you tried that?

I’m sorry about the other issue. I’ve heard reports of people saying their nc items briefly disappear but eventually they’ll reappear in their inventory.

i'm not really sure what you mean. i just tried it, when i go to the mall and click on my balance then it just refreshes the page, my nc balance doesn't change? and i've definitely bought NC with paypal before and had no issue. the issue this time i think was i clicked on the "return to merchant" button like usual, but it had been 5 minutes and the page was still "loading" AND i knew it wasn't going to work and would take me to a broken page anyway, so i closed out of it. i still got charged, but didn't get my nc.

as far as the latter, that has happened to me as well. but apparently just having searched the reddit i am also not the first person to have items vanish after i move them to my closet :(

I’m sorry, I guess my advice wasn’t very helpful. I just know I’ve never been able to get that return to merchant button to work, therefore I just close the tab, go back to neo where my balance is still unchanged, panic, then go to the mall and manually refresh my NC balance by clicking it; that’s worked every time for me. :(

This is awful. You'd figure that with people spending REAL MONEY, TNT would be a little bit quicker with responses especially because you provided them all the information that they need.

I'm really sorry to hear about this. I've never had any problem with NC or Premium, but good god this makes me want to stop spending money on the site altogether. I'm sorry that you as a paying customer aren't getting what you should :(

yeah you would think! i just feel bad because like, i want to support neopets, i want them to do well, or rather, i want them to do better. i always think that throwing money at a company would be an incentive for them to like, fix broken things. but unfortunately i have learned the hard way many times now that that's just not the case :( also like that fricken cape was part of a customization for the dream pet i've wanted since i was a kid and was just finally able to get my hands on.
