Near the end of the campaign (no spoilers) I was hiding behind some cover and there were four aliens in front of me. Everytime I popped out and took aim I was taking far too much damage. Just couldn't figure it out.
Then I remembered - this is VR. I don't HAVE to pop out - my arms (and the gun attached to them!) can be moved independently. So I switched to the assault rifle and blindfired all four of those aliens until they were a pile of sticky goo.
It felt amazing remembering that the limits of traditional, 2D FPS games don't apply, and that I can solve problems in ways that simply aren't possible in most FPS games.
Has anyone else experienced moments like this in Farpoint or anything else?
