I'll try to keep this short, as I feel I've done a pretty good job of introducing myself in other comments, but the jist is I have Aspergers/mild autism, and have dealt with depression for most of my teenage and adult life. My grandma is responsible for me liking racing, but my Aspergers has made me obsess over it. This obsession led to a lot of ridicule from my peers due to the stigma of the sport being a "dumb pseudo sport for hicks". But NASCAR, among other forms of racing, has kept me grounded, and given me continuous reasons to greet each day with a smile. I am very glad there is a place I can come where I can laugh about and discuss the sport I hold so dear with likeminded people. Also, to the people who have complimented my drawings, and in a few cases, compared me to Sam Bass, whether legitimate or exaggeration to be nice, thank you, from the bottom of my heart a million times over.
